Maintaining Health and Safety standards and achieving best practice are of paramount importance across all levels at Raphael. Underpinning this commitment is our continual staff training, from regular on-site tool box talks to head office procedure updates, and from PAT testing to ‘safe working’ training.

All of our Site and Contracts Managers are either IOSH or SMSTS trained to ensure they deliver best practice Health and Safety management. Furthermore, all company employees continually complete professional structured training as well as additional informal training to ensure they are fully equipped to carry out their specific role.

In conjunction with our award winning health and safety record, we are ISO45001 accredited, SSIP and Constructionline Gold certified, which greatly assist the company with it’s commitment to continual improvement.

We are continuously updating our methods of training, communication and relevant qualifications to ensure we uphold our excellent Health and Safety record. Furthermore, by proactively employing independent external Health and Safety consultants we are also well placed to stay at the forefront of any changes and developments within the industry.
